Looking out of a picture window to a picture perfect view from the National trust property A La Ronde near Sidmouth in Devon. On the window sill sit a couple of pairs of binoculars ready for visitors to get a closer look at the beautiful lake in the distance or any birds flying by. It’s a wonderful late summer day and the expanse of lawn immediately in front of the window basks in the sunshine as it invites you out to walk or sit upon it. The sky is blue and speckled with light fluffy clouds.
