The Legend of Zelda, A Link to the Past, randomized, day 2.
Spent a fair amount of time "stuck" on how to proceed. Eventually found Book of Mudora in the Palace of Darkness. That allowed me to take the "long way around" Death Mountain and find the Titan Mitts here.

Ooof. Next to all the Triforce pieces I got were in dungeons, and all the dungeons basically gave one progression item if that and only if I beat the boss or got to a room right next to them. No flute either. Chalk this one up to "I guess practice is practice"

Not as fast as yesterday, but progression items were really thin. Numerous times groups of 4 chests would just be arrows, rupees, and some bombs. I did get to use the Houlihan room to grind rupees for Zora, which is where the first gloves were.

Another no shoe run, but hot damn I almost hit sub 1 hour? I basically only fully did Hera and skipped the boss there cause it had the map. Poked my head into Blind's cause for at least the last 10 minutes I was at 19/20 for Triforce and got the last one.

No shoes this run, but I did get almost under 1:30! Got the pearl, mirror, flute, AND sword within the first 10 minutes. Rest of the time was scrapping for whatever progression item I needed to just find more chests.
