After #SMLP2025 I took a train to Prague to attend #AMLaP2025. So glad that this AMLaP was my first! Had a great time (re)connecting with everyone and learning about some really cool work being done by colleagues in Europe. Hope to come back to this conference!

(I had a similar feeling with the much smaller #amlap2025 -- even at 20x smaller scale, there's just *more variety of things* going on at AMLaP than at ACL.)

Great presentation by @fabiomarson.bsky.social last Saturday at #AMLAP2025! He shared his latest research using EEG to study how we integrate novel semantic representations, “linguistic chimeras”, from context.
