Follow-up (sorry for not responding to all Qs): Pt is prone/paralyzed & still on #APRV. There is an idea that a pt cannot be paralyzed/prone while on APRV which is not true. We can debate about the benefit/harm of paralysis in APRV but sometimes u have to do what u have to do🤷‍♂️
