I am really enjoying #ARMA2025 but honestly, I should have worn my 'but it's different in Scotland' t-shirt*. So many speakers (particularly central bodies) talking about England only policies and failing to note it doesn't apply to everyone (*also Wales and NI)
Day 2 of #ARMA2025. First session on reducing bureaucracy. (My suggestion would be to change it from bureaucracy as it's really hard to say repeatedly and think of the time we'd save on trying to work out how to spell it)
