I finally designed my own 32bit hex display with 7 segments LED modules and PLDs.

I'm not happy with some of the design decisions but routing 32 bits is already hard enough, adding anything else would have made the board much bigger.

Thanks Microchip for still manufacturing small modern PAL chips that are 5V compatible.

Even if I didn't get why I had to set a Clock and !OE pin, it work well in the end. I used the software GALasm to generate the fuse map for that chip.

I built some basic parts for a computer.

Clock circuit and synchronized reset.

I also build up an hex counter using a 4bit adder, 4bit register and an ATF16V8B for the binary to 7-seg decoding logic.
