Preliminary combined January–February revenue was approximately $55 million, about 4% below the comparable 2025 period.Management cited extended January plant shutdowns, weak SAAR and severe winter weather; February revenue missed expectations by $6–8 million. The board authorized repurchases funded by cash, borrowings under the revolver, and/or future cash flows. Company executives will attend the Raymond James conference on March 4, 2026.
