Sadly, people write slop; emails and blogs full of:
'going forward'
'uplift'
'journey'
'engagement'
'authentic'
'robust'
'resources'...
(I have a long list!)
IME these same people set up meetings completely devoid of an agenda 🙄 and describe themselves as 'passionate'
