Making headlines SAFE has been featured on The Guilty Feminist podcasts, Open Democracy, LBC Radio, The Big Issue, France24's "The 51%", BBC Sunday Morning Live, and more. We also posted many, many, many memes.
Built the movement Last year we did our best to share knowledge and build capacity. We delivered trainings on talking to the media, reporting on abortion, volunteer management, fundraising digital security, holistic security and more. We held community care workshops to help reduce burnout and churn, and began sending people to activists trainings at the ULEX Project (funded by the European Union). In total, SAFE has trained over 100 people, who have then shared their knowledge forward with others.
