The drain cover has the word DRAIN in the centre, and a label 57 in the corner. There is also presumably the manufacturer’s name OOGINK NIJVERDAL near the top of the circle. The drain is surrounded by bricks, and was on a platform at Amsterdam Sloterdijk Station.
