Thankfully many great NHS Trusts with independent Boards-with great support from @nhsconfed.org & people like @laylamccay.bsky.social -who work with staff & patients to do the right thing. Often doing the right thing means navigating past wonky lead of #NHSE -to do more on #Access2Work than #NHSE
