The notion that rigid daily practice is a requirement for success.

For many chronically ill folks that's not possible. But our magical is still real!

Fatigue can create limitations physically and mentally, which can make a daily practice harder. On rough days, a mental 3-word prayer or lighting incense is enough. I know the Netjeru see me trying - and that's enough.
