Flyer titled “Accessible Ballots for Voters Who Are Blind.” It explains that Bexar County must provide an electronic OmniBallot option for qualified voters who are blind. Registered voters in Bexar County who are blind may request a ballot by mail electronically, then print, sign, and mail it to the elections office. Eligibility includes standard vote-by-mail qualifications (age 65+, disability, absence from county during voting, certain incarceration status, or near childbirth) and requires completing a “Declaration to Vote By Mail Because of Blindness” form, which must be submitted with the mail ballot application. Forms can be completed electronically but must be printed, signed, and mailed. Deadline to submit forms is February 20, 2026.
