Camellia sasanqua. So many in this area, grow well in acid soil. Previous owners planted many, native parrots 🦜 love the seed afterwards.

Amaryllis belladonna, or as my dad used to call them, ‘naked ladies’ because no leaves 😊
Bauhinia galpinii, red bauhinia. Can be weedy up north. Next to it some bromeliads on the way to flower.
Vireya rhododendron, my garden is a bit dry for it (sparse leaves) but the flowers are a stunning colour.
Hibiscus, rescued from bargain basement at Flower Power looking nice. Fuchsia ‘Coralle’ at the back.
