#SmashingTimes, Samaritans, Eimear Burke, Ben Waddell and John from the West Waterford Suicide Prevention group in the Heritage Centre in Lismore bringing the Blackwater Community College the project #ActingfortheFuture, fostering positive mental health and wellbeing for young people. #Samaritans

Just as art is deeply personal, so is mental health care—tailored to individual needs, much like how each of us sees a painting through our own unique lens.
