Shocked I improved my score after hundreds of runs on #Atari2600 Drag Race. I'm thinking the key is popping the clutch. Target #ActivisionPatch score is 6 seconds. An obvious strategy that I didn't know at first is moving the joystick right resets, so you don't have to lean over to the console.

Working on the Pressure Cooker patch score which is 45000. That seems like a long way to go. I'm only making it to the third wave. #ActivisionPatch #Atari2600

Another Activision patch score. Starmaster didn't take more than a couple of house over two game sessions. The difficulty lies in how limited steering is. Waggling the joystick works best to track bases and enemies. #Atari2600 #ActivisionPatch #retrogaming

finally got back to my quest to reach the Activision patch scores. Laser Blast wasn't terrifically tough, but it required a lot of patience and focus to reach 100,000. It took around 45 minutes. In the end I just quit at this score. #ActivisionPatch #Atari2600 #retrogaming
