The bad news is that I am egregiously late in posting the December 2025 Comparative Administrative Law New Scholarship Corner. The good news is that if you are stuck at home in the snow, you have a pile of terrific #adlaw scholarship to keep you warm! www.yalejreg.com/nc/comparati...

For #adlaw folks: Due to logistical issues from the federal gov't shutdown, ABA Admin Law has replaced its usual fall conference with a shorter but free online event on 11/21. Registration is required, but it's 6.5 hrs of free, quality CLE on admin law topics.
