Agorwyd adeilad Townhill Coleg Hyfforddi Abertawe yn swyddogol ym 1913. Roedd y coleg wedi’i leoli yn Nheras Nelson yn flaenorol. Adeiladwyd yr adeilad am bris cytundeb o 37,317, 19 swllt ac 11 ceiniog.
