We were in the area so passed by 13th century St Mary’s Fawsley, Northamptonshire earlier this week.
Dreadful weather so so not surprised the doors were closed. High on my must visit list — will return on a summers day.

The 13th or 14th century doorway at St Mary’s Church, Berry Pomeroy, Devon at the foot of the rendered tower.
The church was rebuilt in the 15th century possibly by Sir Richard de Pomeroy, with later further restorations.

In 2005 dendrochronology showed the wood was felled after 1032 AD and that the door was constructed sometime in the 1050s

Tavistock Abbey - monks refectory or infirmary dining hall (now Abbey Chapel) The original entrance was through the 2 storey tower porch. New entrance created 1841 using arch from the adjoining disused Water Gate.
