#AdrianGoldsworthy is such an amazing scholar of antiquity. This #book covers the three #PunicWars between #Rome and #Carthage between 264 and 146 BCE. Goldsworthy's style is never dry laying out what was written by Publius, Livy and Appian along with their biases.

Highly recommended.
