I’m reading all the excitement around #AdvancingKidneyHealth today. I must be missing something big because all I see is an intervention to reduce health care costs. I don’t see a move pro-patients or positive for our specialty. Not to mention the unrealistic home RRT targets 🤦🏻♂️

ETC model is a 5 year model. Starts in 2020 and adjusted payments (up for good work, down for bad) begins in 2021. #AdvancingKidneyHealth
