I made mush peas for the first time ever. Finding marrowfat peas in the States is a challenge. That said, totally worth it.

At my dad’s tonight w georgie 🐕 & we are making dinner. my dad is making baked Salmon w Lemon and I’m attempting this Spinach, Feta & Rice Casserole and a Summer Vegetable Tian. Papa has been requesting a casserole for a minute! My mom used to make a lot of them.

Just put a corn cake in the oven. New recipie. The ingredients included 4 eggs. Nowhere in the directions does it say anything about eggs. So... we'll see how this turns out.
