Depuis le décès du chef de Wagner et le démantèlement de son groupe, Viktor Lukovenko continue à voyager sur le continent, avec une préférence pour les Etats politiquement instables. Il le fait pour le compte d’une nouvelle structure, créée en septembre 2023 à Moscou : #AfricanInitiative.
