The last decent flight I was on was Transat. How disheartening to learn they've joined the the ranks of #WorstJet and #AirCrapada in making a farce of "customer service". 🙄🙄🙄 Canadian passengers deserve better. 😡

Indeed! Whether it's #AirCrapada or #WorstJet, unless you're triple platinum, seven levels of entitlement, super elite class, you're just human cargo.🙄🙄 I literally bought a hybrid this year so I can drive to AB to visit family and avoid airlines.
