Otome Daoshi: Fighting for Love Debuts on Switch in March Aksys shared a release date for _Otome Daoshi: Fighting for Love_ , one of its upcoming Switch visual novels, and we’ll see this dating sim in English on March 26, 2026. It also confirmed an Aksys Store exclusive edition that comes with a set of six keychains based on the characters for $59.99. The localization announcement for this Idea Factory and Otomate game first came up at Anime Expo in July 2025, and it’ll show up worldwide about two years after its Japanese debut. It focuses on Shunlin, a Daoist priestess who has to work with her Tournament of Valor opponents to save everyone attending and their kingdom when enemies attack. According to the Japanese site, the love interests are Yuhan, Haoran, Longlei, and Xiao. All four of them, Shunlin, and the panda mascot Mimi show up on the special edition keychains. Here’s how those six acrylic keychains will look. The teaser image suggests ball-chain keychains will be provided and we’ll pop them out of a larger sheet upon arrival. Wizard of Oz Otome Game Over Requiemz Launches in 2026 The otome game reimagining and alternate take on the _Wizard of Oz_ called _Over Requiemz_ will appear on the Nintendo Switch worldwide. It first appeared in Japan in April 2025, and Aksys confirmed it will show up in English in Summer 2026. While we don’t actually play as Dorothy in this _Wizard of Oz_ otome, our heroine Yuhiru is swept away to Oz via a tornado and must travel to ruins around the country alongside bachelors based on the characters like the Cowardly Lion, Dorothy, the Scarecrow, and the Tin Man. The official Japanese site confirmed the love interests are Claude Grain (Scarecrow), Dorothy (Dorothy), Kaize Ozma (perhaps Tippetarius/Ozma), Molly Woodland (Tin Man), and Noil Bestia (Cowardly Lion). However, since this is a darker take on the concept, Dorothy is their supervisor and the other are four death row murderers assigned to the task. Review: Mistonia’s Hope Balances Espionage and Otome _Mistonia’s Hope: The Lost Delight_ is an otome game that tells a story of love and revenge, but primarily revenge. In a world where some fairies came from Tir na Nog to rule the kingdom of Grand Albion, Queen Tia the Purefae once ruled alongside her husband Oberon with her five Demifae houses helping her rule and maintain order. However, an incident eight years prior to the game caused one of those houses and its peaceful village to be nearly completely decimated. Now she’s come of age and power and returns to Albion ahead of a massive celebration to get revenge on Queen Tia and anyone who aided her in that slaughter… and maybe also find love. As you might expect, _Mistonia’s Hope: The Last Delight_ ends up being not **quite** what someone might expect, and the way routes and stories play out end up with occasionally interesting twists as a result. It’s **great**. Our heroine in _Mistonia’s Hope: The Lost Delight_ is Rose, who is secretly Aprose Randolph, the last remaining member of the Randolph family that used to be one of the five houses serving Queen Tia. Even before the massacre, a division led to her family going into hiding. When that happened as a traumatized child, she formed a contract with the also spurned Oberon to achieve both their goals alongside her childhood friend and fellow survivor John. She enters the service of the Edmund, Edward, and Lilly Bernstein, one of the current five houses, as a maid. A major event will be Grand Albion’s capital, with the heads of the houses organizing it. Since she knows they also had to be involved in the tragedy and aided Queen Tia, she’s going to use being an “invisible” servant in the household during planning for the affair and the occasion itself as a way to gather information, get close to her subjects, break hearts, take back Oberon’s stolen wing from his wife, and kill the queen. All of this means that the general tone in _Mistonia’s Hope: The Lost Delight_ isn’t slice of life, fall-in-love affairs we’d expect from some otome games. Rose is undercover. Many of the initial common route scenes feature her as a supporting cast member listening in on the heads Edward Bernstein, Alfred Creswell, Linus Ward, Lucas Sullivan, and Ascot Lindel, interacting with the other staff of the house, getting in secret meetings with John and their informant ally Goneril, and checking in with Oberon. This means choosing replies that may build trust with the head butler Nicholas or fellow maids Charlotte and Evelyn. Her Faesight ability, which brings her closer to transforming from a Demifae to a Purefae, can be used to check shards collected during investigation scenes between major plot points to gain insights into other characters’ perspectives and knowledge about the Randolph incident, as well as come up as a “tool” during certain route story moments. It also means that Rose’s story is a lot more focused on revenge and investigation. If love does some up in a route, she might be considering using it as a tool to betray someone or get closer for more details instead of an actual romance. Which is understandable, given the situation! It means she’s a heroine with a really strong identity and personality, compared to other otome titles. In many cases, this still leads to some truly fantastic storylines. Linus and Lucas are my favorites, though I also really liked Ascot, Edward, and John’s routes too. Alfred is an interesting character, though I will warn that the romance in that one sort of feels like more of an aside than being well-integrated into events. Because the idea of betrayal as a form of revenge **does** come up, that means there’s a fun concept that comes up when you’re on a character’s route after completing the common storyline. Each bachelor has what is basically a “rival.” For example, if you go on the Linus route, there will be the status screen showing a gauge with five events to fill for him. However, there will also be a smaller gauge for Edward below it with three. If you opt to max those out instead of pursuing Linus, then you’ll “betray” him to go with the other bachelor. It really leans in to the ideas brewing in the plot. Of course, I was pleased by _Mistonia’s Hope: The Lost Delight_ in other ways, as it’s a really well written otome game with great art. While the tone is serious and our heroine is dedicated to her mission, there are times when it can be really funny or touching. It isn’t all dark, even though she is very driven. There are also some hints in certain routes and plot points that did leave me wondering, “Is this a trap? Does he know the truth?” I really like when the Otomate otome games from Idea Factory aren’t predictable, and combining revenge with accidentally falling in love in _Mistonia’s Hope: The Lost Delight_ is a fantastic pairing. I loved most of the routes, even on odd occasions where the romantic element felt a bit forced into scenes. The story is strong, Rose is a really capable heroine, and the way that you can pursue betrayal as an option for your endgame can be quite a twist. I think it’s my favorite Aksys otome in 2025. It’s also something of a mystery involving fairies. Aprose’s home and family were lost to her after an attack on her royal family that once served the queen, and she’s vowed revenge. However, in order to continue her investigation and find the person responsible, she needs to return to Grand Albion. To provide cover and get close to suspects, she takes a job as a maid. However, some of the people she’s looking into could also end up being romance options. I will admit that #7scarlet art is very pretty. There is not much artwork compare to other #otome games but it is pretty.

Still working on the issues with the box but the design is coming along nicely. Im making this on my own free time.

So #7scarlet is coming in English on May 15. I remember this coming out for the Vita in 2018. The one downside I have is that we are not going to get special box edition.
