Alice got back with the remaining members of his old band from the original albums to make an album that sounds like a direct follow-up from those early days. Great production and groove throughout.

Falls in the blues rock category but this album leans even more towards hard rock territory. Always loved his tongue in cheek lyrics.

Halloween haven't watered down sine uniting both the original and the 90s line-ups. This album contains both power metal hitters and a few more accessible tracks, but all of them well composed.

BUT first a DISHONORABLE mention for:
#HoneymoonSuite Wake Me Up When The Sun Goes Down.
Sounds like a bunch of vocal/guitar demos overproduced using AI presets. Shame because the songs are generally better than last year's Alive, just Mike Krompass modern production sauce ruins it.
Time for my favorite albums of 2025. There's 10 this year instead of the usual 5 because some were too close to call.
