Explosions & "air defence work" were reported in the #Tula region. Allegedly, 16 drones were "destroyed" over #Aleksin.
Drones also attacked #Russia's #Oryol region. According to the head of the region, 17 drones were allegedly "shot down over the region."
Media in #Ukraine report in #Engels that drones also hit cruise missile + other weapons depots at the airfield itself
A reminder elsewhere chemical plants were attacked and probably hit in both #Bryansk and #Aleksin (#Tula region) while another refinery in #Saratov was also hit.

This is the chemical plant in the #Tula town; it is crucial in the manufacture of explosives for #Russia's war.
But the #Aleksin thermal power plant and a metalworks (Tulachermet) also suffered some damage according to Astra, possibly from debris
One serviceman was injured.
So, explosions in many different places in #Russia overnight, and before closing the thread last night, the one thing that seemed certain was that a 'chemical plant' in #Aleksin had been hit
The reliable TG channel Astra now says 3 places in Aleksin were damaged.

It's only two months since #Ukraine last struck #Aleksin.
Considering the other reported attack this evening was on a chemical plant in #Bryansk, I think we can assume a similar production facility has also been the target again here.

1/3: Last night, the AFU conducted a long-range drone attack on a yet to be firmly identified target in #Aleksin, #Tula Oblast, Russia. By the sound of the engine, I am guessing it was an Aeroprakt A-22 Foxbat that was converted into a UAV.
