It was a dry (no rain!) morning at Viaduct Flats with The Alfrescoes, plein air painting group. I hiked to my chosen spot, got set up, then realized I'd forgotten my pastels, sigh. So, I took photos and did my painting at home.

Swan and lagoon
Last week at #AlbertHeadLagoon with the #Alfrescoes. This large swan came and stood beside me while I rendered her in #softpastels. I live in a fairytale.
