I propose to call it the #AllianceofDemocracies.

Base it in #Strasbourg, then there is no need to build anything and the European Parliament can stop commuting.

The #UkraineDefenseConsultativeGroup in #Ramstein looks to me like the defence arm of a real institutionalised #AllianceOfDemocracies, building on visions of @POTUS and @AndersFoghR, et al.
