You can see the rocket going from the south to the north, lighting up the clouds.

Allsky Kamera fängt (mal wieder) Polarlichter über Berlin ein Da war der Winter bisher recht ereignislos und überwiegend bewölkt. Und dann haben wir wieder das Glück, Polarlichter auch in Deutschland bei einem wolkenlosen Himmel zu sehen. 👍 So geschehen in der frühen Nacht vom 18. zum 19. Januar 2026. Auch meine Allsky Kamera hat dieses Ereignis eingefangen. Mit einem Zeitrafferfilm wird dieses Ereignis dann auch noch beeindruckender. Erstens kommen kommt die Farbe in den Aufnahmen aufgrund ihrer langen Belichtungszeit besser zur Geltung, als mit bloßem Auge. Außerdem zeigt ein Zeitraffer die Bewegung des Polarlichts samt seiner möglichen Ausfransungen innerhalb einer kurzen Zeit. Was einem in Echtzeit mit bloßem Auge evtl. gar nicht so sehr auffällt. Siehe übrigens auch meine Artikel “Von “** _Grmpf” über “Cool” zu “fantastisch”: Polarlichter über Berlin am 10. Mai 2024“_** und “ _**Yet another Polarlicht in Berlin**_ ” für zwei Polarlichtereignisse in nicht allzu ferner Vergangenheit. Zeitrafferfilm meiner Allsky Kamera: Leider habe ich die Polarlichter dieses Mal nicht mit eigenen Augen gesehen. Es muss schon sehr intensiv gewesen sein. Denn die Bilder sind an manchen Stellen des Polarlichts überbelichtet. Denn die Belichtung (und der Gain Faktor) richtigen sich nach der allgemeinen Dunkelheit eines Bildausschnitts. Keogramm der Nacht: Anfangs waren die Polarlichter noch nicht so intensiv. Daher hat die Allsky Kamera noch nicht überbelichtet, so dass die Farbe gut zu erkennen ist: Nachdem die Polarlichter richtig Fahrt aufgenommen hatten, war die normale Belichtungszeit der Allsky Kamera, die auf allseits dunklen Nachthimmel ausgerichtet ist, dann zu lang: ### Teilen mit: * Click to share on Facebook (Opens in new window) Facebook * Click to share on X (Opens in new window) X * ### Like this: Like Loading... ### _Related_

Guess tomorrow I need to look more at my allsky setup. The drive was at 100%, the allsky logs filled up all the space. Swap was set for 2g and was only 350mb..

Got it back up and running, but need to figure out what happened.
