So, I've been using my #AlphaStimDevice since November of 2024. Yesterday, I received my first refill in the mail for it, and I had been the first refill my local VA had done for one.

They sent me enough product for THREE YEARS of daily use, and it's absolutely comical

Has anyone else used an #AlphaStimDevice ?

It's been very helpful for my anxiety and some of my headaches, but I'm curious what others do while it runs.

It makes me very dizzy, and I'm having to use it in the morning to avoid it messing with my sleep.
