Após a confirmação do retorno do Circuito do Algarve em Portugal para as temporadas 2027 e 2028 (pelo menos por enquanto, confirmado apenas nesses dois anos), surgem novos pedidos para que outros circuitos, com tradição e desafios únicos, voltem a fazer parte do calendário da F1. Entre os mais mencionados estão Hockenheim, Sepang e Istanbul Park. O Hockenheimring, um dos circuitos mais icônicos da Alemanha, lidera a lista de pistas desejadas. Com seus 4.574 km de extensão, o traçado é conhecido por proporcionar algumas das corridas mais emocionantes, especialmente em condições de chuva. A última edição em 2019 teve Max Verstappen como vencedor, com Lewis Hamilton ficando de fora do pódio após um erro. Hockenheim tem um lugar especial na história da F1 e um possível retorno seria uma celebração de sua tradição. Mais um circuito que poderia enriquecer o calendário é o Sepang International Circuit, na Malásia.
