Now that novel 1 is with beta readers, I have turned my attention back to plotting novel 2 & making sense of the mess of notes I made for myself over the past couple of years.
Surprisingly I still like what I’ve done so far. That’s a good sign!

I’m a bit sleep-deprived, but it’s back to comics, trying to rejig my script so it’s not so onerous for my artist.
Once done, it’s back to revising the novel.

Revisions continue, even though school holidays throttled my writing time.
I think I've managed to fix this one section in way I describe as making a pleat in the story fabric & sewing so that its edges are undetectable.

A day later than I wanted (not NaNoWriMo thing, just a personal deadline) but managed to get the manuscript finished. Came in just under 109k words. It is my 8th novel. Now on to editing this one and getting my editors notes from the 7th novel done.
