James Talarico polls in a dead-heat with John Cornyn but Cornyn is in primary w/Ken Paxton. JT has raised over $20m, all grass-root. He is currently in a strong position to win in NOvember. I suspect if Paxton wins the primary, JT will win by a landslide.
