Travel day from hell.. 8:15 AM flight from SNA didn’t leave until 1:30.. We sat for at least 2 hours on the tarmac before took off. Now, stuck on the tarmac at dfw. no gate for us. we’re now 10 hours and counting. Changed to last flight out for connection. Hope we make it. Unbelievable. #AmericanAir

Only an hour+ to wait for baggage. No communication. Just employees who have no information and hundreds of tired travelers from 4-5 flights packed around one carousel hearing the alarm going off incessantly.
