Not truly native to NE (OK & AR), but a rockin early bloomer to have in your #pollinatorgarden regardless.
Such a cool ass species that pollinators go crazy for. I've seen a couple smaller #bees & #butterflies today.
We planted out new stock of Amsonia 'Ernst Pagels' in April last year and they've grown really well. Full of flower.
