The theme is your excavation, so having it come broken like this fits wonderfully. You really must learn how to go with it..." Jan: "Hey!! I just- don't do these often, yanno?" Ririn: "Hah, cute." Panel 4: Ririn and Jan sitting together. Ririn holds up a heart candy as Jan looks a bit smug, holding up her index finger. Ririn: "So. Those are, of course, strawberry. But these purple ones...?" Jan: "Seeeecret! It's got tea in it, that's all I'll tell ya." Ririn: "Huhuu, alright~"

"Quiara's Harvest Oakblooms enchant the soil during Primabloom so that plants may thrive even in the colder temperatures of early spring. However, it's left too dense with arcanum to properly seed until February, when plant-based crystals form underground and a certain breed of beautiful but frail flowers, hycheas, sprout above. The enchanted soil accelerates their growth, which is quite a spectacle. It's said that Quiara, a flameborn who wished to wed a plantborn, was tasked by her lover's parents to prove her capabilities as a botanist. Faced with the impossible task of growing a flower in a crystal, she tried month after month to no avail. Determined to do whatever it took, Quiara sought the blessing of the Oaken Heart's defender, Simaut. After enduring several arduous trials, her magical capabilities were greatly enhanced. She went on to take the power of enchanted soil and crystals and unified them. On February 14th, Quiara miraculously sprouted a hychea inside of a crystal rich with plant-based mana. Crystal hycheas thus became a symbol of dedication and love! As the story of Quiara's Harvest became widespread, it became custom to grow the edible hycheas and 'crystallize' them by encasing them in creative gelatin treats to gift to loved ones. They may be purchased for those less inclined to the garden, and it's common to gift friends with jellied fruits or gummies instead."

"Amyst Amystation is the process of cleanly mining arcanum crystals at their most potent. Though Quiara's lover was far from a miner, she spent two weeks delicately excavating the hychea to prove to her family that it was a proper plant. The shards of the crystal were repurposed into a beautiful vase, in which the hychea of their love grew and thrived for years to come. It became tradition that on February 28th, those who received 'crystallized' gifts during Quiara's Harvest show their gratitude by offering return gifts resembling crystal clusters. Amyst treats typically involve homemade rock candies for loved ones, and store bought, hychea flavored hard candies for friends."
