A ddendum: if an EV doesnt require license plates, it's a political move, but once ppl start ending up under the tires of said vehicle, im sure they will require plates. Rules were made bec of actions or reactions to certain actions by society. #CodeOfHammurabi #AnEyeForAnEyeAToothForATooth
