What made it actionable and why did it matter? I’ve learned this the hard way. I’ve seen teams (including mine) pour years into a vision. If you’ve ever had 𝘪𝘮𝘱𝘰𝘴𝘵𝘰𝘳 𝘴𝘺𝘯𝘥𝘳𝘰𝘮𝘦 and a 𝘭𝘰𝘰𝘮𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘥𝘦𝘢𝘥𝘭𝘪𝘯𝘦 high-five you at the same time, you know the feeling. What's your favourite example of a bout with impostor syndrome and looming deadline blues? Let’s compare battle scars. It’s to design the room and the feedback loops it runs on. If you're still thinking of AI as a replacement for humans, you're missing the actual revolution. 🔥 The real disruption? Ones that give you tools and a compass? I'd love to hear your thoughts. I have the opportunity to develop a mini course for Partnerships professionals. I could say: “𝘔𝘢𝘬𝘦 𝘣𝘦𝘵𝘵𝘦𝘳 𝘥𝘦𝘤𝘪𝘴𝘪𝘰𝘯𝘴.” But I don’t think that’s the real answer. 🛠️ The real shift starts with identity. We are not just players in systems. We are their shapers. Every PM, partnerships strategist, and innovator needs to realize: 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝗮 𝗸𝗲𝘆𝘀𝘁𝗼𝗻𝗲 𝘀𝗽𝗲𝗰𝗶𝗲𝘀. Your choices ripple through entire networks. I wasn’t always able to see this. I chased performance and outcomes, not relationships and resilience. It worked… until the system broke under the weight of its own disconnection. That’s when I started building differently.
