đđ¤đĄđ¤ đ¨đŞđđđđ¨đ¨ đđ¨ đđđ¤đ¨đŽđ¨đŠđđ˘ đđđđĄđŞđ§đ. Diversity creates resilience while isolation breeds fragility across three vital themes. Try acknowledging one person who... ...saw the raw potential in you because visibility is a circular resource. You might think of the "Product Manager" as a lone genius with a roadmap and a dream. But after nearly a year in the Alphabet and Google EMEA community I see the what sort of a node I can be inside much larger systems. The "đ´đŚđđ§-đŽđ˘đĽđŚ" narrative feels clean⌠but it is actually a myth that makes us weaker. I spent my first year realizing that my own "đłđ˘đ¸ đŽđśđŽđŁđđŞđŻđ¨đ´" only became valuable because others chose to listen. đ @Michael Bullion and the Zurich @Product Management Festival team took a chance on my early ideas. They didn't just give me a stage: they lowered the barrier for a new perspective to enter the ecosystem. My coach @Kai Hansen provided the clarity that turned rough thoughts into sustainable career craft. We often mistake "networking" for collecting names, but it is really about engineering resilience. I am grateful to @Evgeniy Shyryaev for proving that "đđľđśđťđ¸đśđťđ´ đźđđđđśđąđ˛ đđľđ˛ đŻđźđ " is a survival skill, not a clichĂŠ. @Mike Taylor Cai shows me daily that #AI is not just a tool, but a new way for humans to cooperate at scale. @Minh Le continues to offer the kind of diverse perspective that prevents a professional monoculture from forming. Principled leadership is the "đ´đźđđ˛đżđťđŽđťđ°đ˛ đšđ˛đđ˛đż" that keeps our technological systems from outstripping our wisdom. đĄ @Mariya Moeva and @Chealsea Wierbonski lead by example, providing the ethical blueprints I try to follow. @Alberto Medina has been showing me from day one that true product ownership is a responsibility to the entire community. If we don't actively curate these symbiotic relationships, we risk becoming obsolete in our own silos. đđŁđŤđđ¨đŠ đđŁ đŽđ¤đŞđ§ đđđ¤đ¨đŽđ¨đŠđđ˘ đŠđ¤ďż˝âŚ

You know, the old corporate playbook told us resilience meant dusting yourself off in private and emerging shiny and successful. As I said during a talk at the WFP Humanitarian Ventures Accelerator by Google, that's like trying to build a resilient house by only showing off the perfectly painted walls. What happens when the hurricane hits? True resilience isn't about the facade; it's about the deep-time systemic stability we call Ecosystems Engineering. You learn this from incredible organizations, like @Akshaya Patra, who scaled up their mission. Give me an example when transparency with clients or leadership turned a challenge into trust. Because the way we respond in those moments defines our credibility more than the roadmap ever will. đŚOur senior leaders hit us with tough feedback on quality. I didnât duck it. I leaned on my team, shared our approach in detail, and laid out what we would do next. Itâs not solved yet, but now leadership is backing us up. đŁ Clients had their own concerns. Some about quality, even more about access. We chose not to spin it. We owned the shortcomings and shared the path ahead. That honesty started opening doors that process alone couldnât. 𧊠Meanwhile, Iâm juggling next quarterâs roadmap and next yearâs planning. At times it feels like catch-up. And Iâm not stressed. The leaders who thrive in the AI era will be the ones who design sustainable systems of trust, alignment, and symbiosis. Hereâs where I want to hear from you. 1. Do you believe that data actually does speak for itself if used correctly? 2. Are you convinced that trade-offs are technical, not narrative, and shouldnât need storytelling? 3. 𤯠Do you still think đđ đŞđ´ đŤđśđ´đľ đ˘đŻđ°đľđŠđŚđł đľđ°đ°đ? Well, hereâs the twist: đśđâđ đžđđśđ°đ¸đšđ đŻđ˛đ°đźđşđśđťđ´ đđľđ˛ đşđŽđżđ¸đ˛đđ˝đšđŽđ°đ˛ đśđđđ˛đšđł. IF discovery now happens inside LLMs and actions are executed by AI agents THEN your productâs future depends on how well it lives inside those ecosystems. Donât assume SEO will save you. Donât assume a good product will surface on its own. If youâre invisible to the models or unusable by the agents⌠you donât exist. đĽ Hereâs a simple task: đđđąđśđ đľđźđ đđźđđż đ˝đżđźđąđđ°đ, đđ˛đżđđśđ°đ˛, đźđż đŻđżđŽđťđą đśđ đżđ˛đ˝đżđ˛đđ˛đťđđ˛đą đśđťđđśđąđ˛ đđ đ˛đ°đźđđđđđ˛đşđ. Because visibility and usability within these new gateways will decide whether your work is surfaced, trusted, and acted upon⌠or ignored. This is not a side quest. Itâs self-interest at its most sustainable. Resilience comes from adapting to the mediators, not resisting them. The surprise is that AI is not competing with us for jobs. It helps us compete for distribution power. That is the systemic shift many are still missing. đ Ecosystem Engineering teaches us that đ¨đŞđ§đŤđđŤđđĄ đđ¨ đđđ¤đŞđŠ đ¨đŽđ˘đđđ¤đ¨đđ¨. In this new era, your product must feed the ecosystem with structured, trustworthy information⌠and the ecosystem will feed your product back to users. Leaders who embrace this shift early will shape the flows of value tomorrow. Those who ignore it will find themselves outside the marketplace altogether. đ Inspired by Natasha Wallace in The Media Leader and Robby Stein in Google Blog. #AI #Innovation #EcosystemsEngineering #AndreyReads #AndreyWrites #LifeAtGoogle #AndreyLearns I write about organizational zen, ethical AI, and helping leaders stay grounded even when everything's on fire.
