This is a cosplay of Yui Tsuruno from Madoka Madoka Side Story. The outfit consists of an orange-white skirt and top, a beige bow on the lower back, brown bands around the ankles and armwrists, and sandals. At the ankles there's also white frills. The background is a black wall illuminated by blue light. The finger and toe nails are painted orange. The hair is chestnut-brown, slightly curly, held in a side-tail with a beige scrunchy and two strands framing the face.
