DHS confirms ICE agent fatally shot US citizen in 2025 Ruben Ray Martinez was shot through his driver's-side window in South Padre Island, Texas.

Now that ICE got caught covering up for nearly a year the killing of another American, it's claiming the ICE agent fired when the shooting victim tried to drove over the ICE agent -- same excuse used in the killing of Renee Good in Minneapolis, which video evidence debunked.
