前作であそこまで尖ったサウンドを奏でていたバンドがここまで人懐っこいポップなサウンドに変貌するとは思いもよらなかった
一方で飄々としていた前作よりもエモーショナルなシャウトも増えて、それは今作で脱退するアイザックの悲痛な叫びだったことを後から知って複雑な気分にもなった
とはいえそこは芸術の悲しくも美しい所で、悲痛だからこそ生まれる美という物もあると実感する一枚
