Antitumor Effect of Apcin on Endometrial Carcinoma via p21-Mediated Cell Cycle Arrest and Apoptosis

This study establishes CDC20 as a #TherapeuticTarget in #EndometrialCarcinoma, showing that its inhibitor, #Apcin, suppresses proliferation and induces #Apoptosis & cell cycle arrest, by activating the BBC3/caspase-3 pathway & enhancing p21 expression.
