Just searched to find out why AppleTV keeps telling me to “accept free trial” even though I was already paying for it. Never got an answer but just decided to unbundle and just pay for Apple Music because we never use TV and Arcade anyway.

why is iCloud so shit?
Storing everything from my desktop and documents from different devices - then I realise its hoarding everything online, I disable.
Now everything is ONLY online and not on my local drive!
WTF apple! Is it even wondering how this is logical?

2/2 But that support call was NOT documented in my Apple account. The store folks refused to replace a defective product. Ended up having to go back to phone support who did send me a new unit. #AppleSux
