Arkansas has harsh voting laws that makes it difficult to not vote in person. No online registration is available with a very early registration deadline and slow processing. Absentee voting is also highly restricted. REGISTRATION Registration deadline: Sunday, October 6 Must register by application sent to the county clerk which can take several weeks to process! VOTING EARLY Early in-person available from Monday, October 21 to Monday, November 4 VOTING ABSENTEE Must have a valid reason to be an absentee voter! Absentee mail-in request deadline: Tuesday, October 29 Must be received by mail on election day by 7:30 PM regardless of when it was postmarked or in-person to the county clerk by Friday, November 1 No drop boxes are allowed ELECTION DAY ON-SITE VOTING Photo ID is strictly required Vote centers are available Polls open on 7:30 AM local time Polls close on 7:30 PM local time
