Thoroughly enjoyable seeing Buster Keaton in The General 99yrs after release at Cottage Road Cinema which probably showed it when it was brand new in 1926! Being 113yr old itself.
Excellent piano accompaniment by James Browne.
We had the short The Paleface (1922) as an amuse bouche.

Year 5, I kept getting told off by Mrs. Bradley for copying one of the (lesser) stunts in #TheAdventuresOfRobinHood (1938).
30+ years later, Mrs. Bradley is getting a copy of this, the talk I did for Showroom Cinema for #ArtOfAction, where she's mentioned.
