The tree is very old and is painted in cool tones, except for the leaves which are green. There is Ivy climbing up the front of the tree, and the sunlight is falling through the entire scene. It feels like a very picture summer scene.
I’m holding my small watercolour painting of an old oak tree in a garden. Behind the painting is the tree and the garden that I have just painted. One can see that the garden is a bit wild, my interpretation in the painting is expressive and a little bit impressionistic.

I can tell you that 100% that cup of tea has already turned cold because I have forgotten it. I was so involved in painting!
Forgot to post this lil watercolour I did at the cottage in England in June. The garden is so wild and lovely 🥰💎🎨.
