#New item arriving soon for the #museum. Found on the site of the former #Luftwaffe #fighter #base of #Audembert. This is a bar to 'tie down' the wings of an #Me109 whilst parked up. This was don to ensure the #aircraft remained grounded in the event of strong winds.
