L’Ausl e il buco da 21 milioni. Il sistema non va Pongo l’attenzione sul provvedimento dell’Ausl di Bologna e della Regione, relativo al recupero ticket non versati. Premesso che, io credo che ogni cittadino debba contribuire alla spesa sanitaria pagando il ticket se dovuto, sono altrettanto convinta che una più efficiente gestione da parte dell’autorità sanitaria, non avrebbe causato un ammanco di 21 milioni di euro. Se poi consideriamo i tempi difficili della sanità... Diana Zanetti Risponde Beppe Boni Considerando la non simbolica cifra di 21 milioni di euro di ticket sanitari non pagati viene da pensare che si chiuda la porta quando i buoi sono già scappati dalla stalla. Ricordiamoci della celebre frase di Giulio Andreotti "A pensare male degli altri si fa peccato, ma spesso si indovina...". Mentre la cifra saliva, saliva dov’erano le autorità sanitarie che devono controllare? Perché l’allarme scatta solo adesso che si è raggiunta una cifra pazzesca? Ovvio che l’intero importo non verrà mai recuperato, lo capisce anche un bambino. Qualcuno evidentemente ha dormito in tutti questi anni. Il meccanismo va cambiato: prima si paga e poi si usufruisce della prestazione. No ticket, no visita. Porre fine a questo indebitamento dovrebbe essere molto semplice. Adesso puoi prima ottenere la prestazione e saldare il conto successivamente. La maggioranza delle persone è corretta e paga il ticket, ma una parte se ne frega. Certamente ci saranno casi di persone in difficoltà economiche ma sono una minoranza e su questi si può sempre trovare una soluzione di buonsenso. Se d’ora in poi si vuole arginare la valanga dei morosi è necessaria la volontà politica di cambiare il sistema e imporre pagamenti anticipati.
